I don't know about you but I love looking at old photos of my parents or older friends and family members! To me, it feels like those images are magical time machines where I get to look back in time and catch a glimpse of who my loved ones were back in their day. Those images captures so much of who they are as people in that moment in time, and I always get sucked into the beauty of those images and the stories that those images tell. And it is from this place that my love of portrait photography comes from! I believe that portraits should contain heart and tell the story of who you are. That story then becomes a priceless and treasured family heirloom that stands the test of time and is enjoyed and passed on from one generation to the next. Whether you want family portraits that celebrate the bond you share or whether you want to treat yourself or a loved one to a portrait session, either way, I cannot wait to hear from you!The first step in us working together is for you to fill out the contact form in order to get in touch with me. Once you have done that, you can expect to hear back from me within 24 hours via your preferred method of contact and together, we can determine if we are the perfect fit to work together for your portrait session.I love having this time to "meet and greet" because it is a great way for us to get to know each other. This also gives you an opportunity to ask questions and to share with me all about what you are looking for when it comes to photography. By the end of our chat, we will have gone over all the key things you are looking for in this portrait session and we will have determined whether or not we are a good fit to work together.
My daughter and I are over the top impressed at our experience we had with Rachel at Baskin Creative. Rachel was patient and gentle, directing my daughter to pose in ways that made her look classy and beautiful. Props and dresses were provided, creating photos that look like the ones that frames come with.
